Pink, Black and Dots

Hi everyone,

The two of us decided to go to the golden coast for the week for a well-deserved post-exam trip. Unfortunately, our timing could not have been worse. Hoping to leave an overcast hometown, we arrived in LAX with confused looks. It was as if we never left, except with the addition of palm trees. Talked to the locals about the weather and they felt quite embarrassed when we told them we were from out of town. They even apologized to us for the weather! Even though the weather was disappointing, we were determined to make the best of it! We really just wanted to get out of town to do some much needed shopping! We decided to take a little road trip to Desert Hills Outlet. Most amazing outlet mall I have ever been to with the combination of luxury designers and contemporary designers!

I’ve always wanted a tie bow blouse since forever. And something with polka dots. So when I saw this in the store, I knew I just had to have it because it would be the best of both worlds.

These earrings belonged to my mother about 20 years ago and were passed down to me as a birthday gift a few years back. They are my most prized possessions in my very small jewelry collection. Let’s hope the sky would clear up so the sun can come out to say hello before we leave!

Thanks for reading,
Till next time,
R
